Who we best serve: Hale Nohea focuses on ambulatory* Alzheimer's and Dementia related residents ranging from stages 1-6 helping Elderly Day Care. Click here for Alzheimer's Association description of these stages.
Stage 1: no impairment
Stage 2: very mild decline
Stage 3: mild decline
Stage 4: moderate decline
Stage 5: moderate, mid-stage
Stage 6: severe cognitive decline
*Our closely Elderly Day Care residents must be ambulatory, (meaning able to walk on their own or with limited assistance, cane or walker). This level of mobility allows us to take all Elderly Day Care residents on frequent outings in a public forum, allow for group exercise activities, and to maintain a consistent active lifestyle among all the residents.
The stages of Alzheimer's that our Residents experience in our Elderly Day Care facility are closely monitored and frequently evaluated. Should relocation be necessary Elderly Day Care due to advancing stages of illness, we offer full assistance in finding the appropriate resources and placement for your loved one Elderly Day Care.
